Accounts and registration
We store your name, email, password hash when you set a password, and the details you submit for an event. Google sign-in supplies your verified email, name and Google account identifier. We use these to sign you in and manage registrations, tickets and event communication.
Payment evidence
Payments go to the receiving account shown for your event. We store the selected payment instructions, amount, transfer reference and screenshot you submit. Event staff review the evidence and confirm the credit before releasing a paid ticket. Avoid including unrelated transactions, balances or other private details in a screenshot.
Access and service providers
Assigned organisers can access their event's registration and payment records. Festival administrators manage the website and financial archive. Hosting, email and Google sign-in providers process information needed to provide those services. Account sessions use cookies; optional festival discoveries and motion preferences are saved in your browser.
Keeping and correcting records
Registration and financial records support event administration, attendance, payment disputes and the festival archive. Contact the organising team to request access, corrections or deletion. Records needed for an unresolved payment or financial account may need to remain until that matter is resolved.
Sharing
Story posters are created in your browser. The website opens your device's sharing options or downloads the image after you choose an action. It does not publish to your social accounts.
Saved registration progress
Partially completed registration answers and uploaded files are saved privately to your account so you can return after making a payment. A copy of unfinished text answers may also be kept on your device for recovery.
