Terms of participation

Event information

Eligibility, team sizes, game choices, fees, schedules and rules are provided by each event's organisers. Check the event page and published rule document for the details that apply to your registration.

Payment confirmation

Use the payment instructions shown at checkout for the selected event. Submitting a screenshot records a payment claim; it does not confirm that money was received. A paid ticket becomes available after the coordinator confirms the credit. Never share a PIN, password or one-time code with an organiser.

Ticket use

Keep your ticket and QR code private. Organisers can block a ticket while resolving payment, eligibility or conduct concerns and can restore it after review. A previously used ticket does not gain a second entry when restored. Contact the event coordinator if you believe a decision is incorrect.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact the event coordinator about cancellations, schedule changes or refunds. Refund eligibility depends on the event's published rules and the circumstances. Approved refunds are transferred by the organiser through the receiving account and recorded on the website.

Accurate information

Submit your own accurate registration and payment details. Do not alter evidence, impersonate someone else or attempt to use another person's ticket.

Registration limits

Each account can register once per event, or once per game for Joystick. Each registration receives one ticket for the selected category after approval. Contact the event team if you need a correction.
